Very friendly. However, they are always very, very busy.

I walked into the branch this afternoon, and was greeted at the door by Diana R, who then helped me with some issues with my account. I had the intent to close my account (I'm NOT a fan of the bank's practices.) I can honestly say it was because of Diana however, that I still have my account with the company, who I have banked with since 1994. She was able to fix some problems which Corporate didn't care to help me with, and was a true delight to deal with today. Diana R will be my banker of choice for the future; she deserves an A+

I was helped by a young man named Courtney! His customer service skills are outstanding!! This young gentleman served my simple needs with joy and a big smile! He asked me how I was and showed a personal interest in my day! Definitely banking here for a long time!!
