Worst customer service ever. Wouldn't let me cash a cashiers check I purchased in May to pay a bill my name as the remitter. Turns out that had already been taken care of. Now looks like I'm just out that money. nice how they just shrugged their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do. Hope they have fun keeping my money.

A few days later, I receive a hand written card letting me know that my mortgage had been paid off and thanking me for my business.
