What credit union has one branch open on Saturdays. On top of that, it's drive thru only. So you wait 45 minutes in a long line to get helped. And they've called multiple times during the morning when I've told them I work nights. They were supposed to make a note in my file not to call before 2pm. This is just annoying switching back to my old bank

Take the time to read this it might save your time and money. I had one of the worst experiences at this credit union. It was my first time taking a loan out to buy a car, I'm a young college student and I was scared to do it on my own but I thought there would be someone there to help me along the way but man was I absolutely wrong. I dealt with Rachel Cotter I believe her last name is and she is one of THE rudest and unprofessional individuals I've EVER met. She was so unhelpful, she made me feel like I was bothering her and NEVER returned my phone calls. After two months of going back and forth with this women I found a car I loved and wanted to get a loan to take out so I could purchase it... She gave me the hardest time and at the end of our conversation requested that I take my business elsewhere. I was just taken back by this whole experience. Thankfully in the same day, I found a DIFFERENT credit union who worked with me and made me feel like I was part of their family. They didn't give me a hard time, they were very professional and all around a wonderful credit union that I now belong too. I don't want to speak for every employee at ParkSide considering I only dealt with this witch. But, she made my experience one I will never forget and not in a good way. I took my business elsewhere and I'm SO happy I did. Lower interest rate by more than half and all around an amazing experience. So thank you Rachel, if it wasn't for your ignorant attitude and unprofessionalism I probably would never be this happy with my brand new car. :-)

Customer service is not good. Since they merged, it has gone down hill.

Over the last 3 months any messages I'd leave for the staff went unanswered. Left another message last night, figured they might be busy, called and immediately got a member service representative on the phone. A second overdraft fee was processed on my account this is something she swears has always been policy, yet after going through my records I find no indication this has happened in the past 3 years I've had an account with them. I used to recommend this credit union to everyone, but customer service has dramatically declined. When I told the representative that I felt I'd need to close my account with them she basically just said that's my choice and that there was no one else I could contact further to discuss the matter.
