I called them this afternoon and when they said they would transfer me to a banker then instead put me on hold and then hung up on me instead of just answering some basic questions I had. When I called immediately back they had shut off their phones. I found the experience to be incredibly rude and off-putting.

Do NOT go to this Bank. Even if you have thousands of dollars in several accounts and God forbid one of you accounts accidentally goes over. They will take $150 from you and you will never see it again. No warning. No phone call or email. They tell you "there is nothing they can do".

The staff is very friendly and wonderful. The bank itself, well, it's a bank. Go to a credit union instead. You'll save yourself a lot of time, money, and aggravation.
