From a dealer's point of view, good luck in getting FLORIDA ELT (Electronic Lien Title) Release! They make the customers call in to request an ELT Release, when it is their responsibility to do so when they cash the dealer's check for the payoff amount. Since FL turned to the ELT program in 2013, I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO MAKE A CUSTOMER CALL THEIR PREVIOUS LIEN HOLDER AND REQUEST THE ELT TO BE RELEASED. (A Paper Lien Release in USELESS to the State of Florida, when it is an ELT!!!)The Supervisor in Customer Service was very rude and obviously does not know FL Procedures! How sad. So glad we do not do business with this company as a lender! I wanted to give a ZERO star rating but unfortunately I had click one.....your business is NOT even worth the one start rating!!!

Trying to make a payment on a credit card settlement and everytime I've called over the past 2 years, the call center can't help me and I tell them that everytime but they insist on wasting my time trying to help me but always say they can't, then I get transferred to the wrong person in the main office and then transferred to a voice mail which I never get a call back. So I end up calling 2 more times before I finally get someone that can help me. I go through this every month! They tell me there are no direct lines to call and this is the only way. I hate this credit union. All they hire is good looking girls and young guys that don't know how to do the job.

Quick service and nice employees. They are open to your questions and will give well detailed answers. The online banking system works great so I don't have to go in often.
