Phone service is terrible, 32 calls ahead of me, I only had one question. Hire some operaters.

Had to have a debit card re-issued only to find out their machine to make their debt cards broke. I went in on a Monday, by Wednesday still no card. I asked when they would have the replacement part for their machine, and I was told Friday possibly Saturday. How difficult is it to obtain a part? What kind of lead time do you need to have a part shipped to you? Why do they not have replacement parts on hand? All things they should ask themselves in the future. For me...I think I will become a member of ELGA Credit Union.

I've been a member for about 25 years and have never had a problem. Have received several loans with no hassles. They actually helped me repair my credit.

Horrible service when you have to call in. I have had to wait at MINIMUM 45 minutes each time. That is NOT good customer service. I was also charged for checks without knowing.. It was never disclosed to me when I signed up. AND I have had nothing but issues with my online account, logging in since I opened this account about a month ago. I hope this online upgrade they just did works better... Oh that's IF I can get a hold of someone to help me get logged into this new system. TERRIBLE experience so far!
