Slowest drive through ever. Teller is overworked and rude.

Tellers are few and far between, always a long wait in the lobby while other employees clearly sit and watch. Always being approached by someone in the lobby about using the ATM and when you politely decline they continue to ask you questions about your transaction, one time telling me what I was there to do (and had done many many times before) was not allowed per bank rules but refused to listen to my explanation, then when I got to the teller I was able to complete my transaction no issue. Tellers will set money down next to your outstretched hand... Just overall a bad bank experience and the reason I've chosen to bank with a credit union and not a Chase account even though I visit the branch once a month.

I've had some fraudulent charges on my account two times so far. They flagged it, caught it, and contacted me. I went into this bank and both times they believed the charges to be fraudulent without giving me any hassle. They called and took care of EVERYTHING for me. All I had to do was sit there and answer a handful of questions. This place is a great bank. I won't do banking with anyone BUT these guys - and this specific place is definitely 5/5 material.
