I have been a customer at many pawn shops in the dc/maryland area, but top dollar pawn and jewelry by far is the best. They have a huge selection or great products and employees that will give you the very best price for pawns and sale items. I have never been disappointed because the the staff. From Mike to the whole staff. But by far Corrie is the person who has always offered me excellent customer service and ensured I left happy. I come back because of the staff here, and you should too.

Top Dollar Pawn & Jewelry, (in the Waldorf, Maryland location) prices are so reasonable and out of this world. When I was there the staff treated customers with kindness that came in the store - they made you feel like family. I can say, the service was superb, great, and with honest negotiable quotes - I'll be back! Like I said above, having a good staff is hard to find like sales associate - Mike. He treated us like superstars and gave us negotiable quotes. He was superb in helping my husband and I! His service was great! All I can say, Thank You - for the TV, Video camera, and most of all the testimony!

The associates at Top Dollar Pawn are always very courteous to and appreciative of their customers, even going as far as staying a few minutes late to help me once when I showed up just before they closed due to work running late. They are very fair when it comes to loans and are always willing to negotiate a price on something I'm interested in; it doesn't get more pro-consumer than that. You can't work out a deal with the retailers selling the same items for twice the price. I've been doing business with them for over a year and expect that business to continue into the future due to their accommodating staff and friendly way of doing business, definitely visit this shop before making a deal with anyone else.

This was our first visit to a pawn shop, and how truly pleasant, organized and clean it was, definitely a great experience. Their prices were great and the staff were most helpful, courteous and welcoming. Corrine helped us and she displayed the most incredible customer service. We would definitely recommend this place.
