This was my first time actually using the inside services at this banking location. I was seen promptly by a Mr. Jonathan. He epitomized customer service and professionalism. I was highly pleased. He nearly answered all my questions before I could ask them and was also comprehensive and thorough. I definitely appreciated the service I received. Definitely recommend. :-)

The customer service was off today. When is it customary for bank personnel to address the customers as "Bud" and "Boss". My name is clearly on my I.D. and that is not it. This is not professional at all!
