They are very professional and at the same time very friendly. I love doing business at this Waldorf Branch. The Allentown Road branch is very ghetto and the employees are not professional and neither is the manger.I would definetaly recommend the Waldorf Branch for excellent service!!!!

On December 31, 2015, there was a line outside of the doors. There was one teller, one drive through teller, and what appeared to be one Manager who neglected to help to move the line along. I will never come to this location again. 1 star Update. Once i got to the counte Cassandra the teller was great! I would give her 5 stars alone! My original review was 1 star due to the wait, and several customers left. But i gave 2 stars back because Cassandra was fast, efficient, and exhibits excellent customer service!!! 5 stars for Cassandra!!!

People are friendly,professional and efficient. I've never seen a long line. Some customers have complicated issues at times and may require a few more minutes than others, but those employed at this location help everyone without rushing customers.
