I only came in to get a temp card and i was waiting for an hour, by far the worst Wells Fargo ever!!!!!!

I would like to be clear! I DO NOT have an account with Wells Fargo and honestly I only went in to cash a money order, and although they weren't able to help with that the service I received was AWESOME! Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. They even got me information for what I know now is an outstanding debt even with this information I wasn't upset the way I was handled was great and again I do not have an account with them neither did I want to open one but still they treated me very well. Now on the other hand I bank with Bank of America and I have to admit if on customer service alone I would take Wells Fargo over Bank of America any day. Good Job Team!!! Winifred S.

This is far and above the worst bank to ever deal with for any reason, their customer care is non-existent and they can not perform simple tasks. Our account was closed in branch (QUARTERFIELD RD , MD) in November of 2015, or at least we signed all the necessary documents to close it and assumed it was closed, only to find out it was actually not closed at all. It takes 30 minutes of hold time to get a person on the phone who can only say "We don't know what happened but we will reverse the charges and when your account is at zero call back to actually close the account." We were told a manager would call us regarding this matter and never received a call. The whole reason we closed our account was because of hidden fees that were never addressed, and the lack of customer service.
