We had a great experience at Drive Time Laurel. David Johnson was able to get us in a car that was both affordable and reliable despite personal circumstances. He made sure that as customers we could trust him with his service. Overall very friendly, patient, and helpful. I recommend drive time to anyone who is looking for a car at an affordable rate and has had a hard time getting a car from other dealerships. Expect to be taken care of.

My salesman was amazing!!! However if you call back to ask questions you will get a different answer from different people. I just wanted to extend my temporary tag for 2 weeks due to an unexpected move to another state. The MVA said it could be done but I had to get it through the dealership. Called 5 times to get this done. 2 employees said yes I could do this but the office manager wasn't there. I finally get ahold of her and she's rude and disrespectful and flat out said no we don't do that!!! When I tell her the Mva said it could be done she tells me she will call me back. Never heard from her again. ( go figure). So I call again I'm put in hold for 15 minutes. I hang up call again only to be told no the mva doesn't know what it's talking about. These people are idiots and are just too lazy to do their job. After you drive away they don't care about anything but the money in their pocket. Never again will I go to this place!!!

I am highly satisfied with the car buying experience and Kerona Samuel was excellent through out the process. I have worked in customer service and sales field for the past seven years and I know excellent service when I see one. This was a wonderful experience from the point I walked in to the dealership to the point where I walked out with a car. I was greeted with a pleasant welcome and felt like Kerona genuinely cared about what is important to me as a buyer. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me through the process step by step with clarity. I am grateful to the whole team there. I will definitely recommend you guys for family and friends. For being a first time driver and first time car buyer Julian at Drive time in Laurel made my experience great and go just the way I hope I would. I walked in determined on what I want for the numbers I wanted it for, and I ended up walking out with everything intending on go in there for and more...... so thanks Juilian for making my first time car buying experience here at drive time worth it. I would defieltny be referring anyone that's a first time buyer to drive time because you just can't beat it. Thanks again Drive time !
