I have had many good experiences at this branch. The customer service is good. I went to the branch today however to find out once again the hours have been cut. It would be nice to get some notice of the change.

I'm waiting already 45 minutes for 4 cars in the drive thru line, and still have 2 cats ahead of me. The inside line was out the door. Only 2 of the 3 outside lanes are available. The time changes are ridiculous, and in no way accommodating. Y'all need to do better than this.

It would be nice to put a sign on the "front" door facing Rte 1, which was locked, that the open entrance is actually in the back. I would have thought that the bank was closed down, except that the outside teller window was open.

Good service only reason not 5 star is you need later hours to accommodate customers at least on Fridays and Saturdays! ! Thx for listening.
