I used to love this place and had a long standing relationship with them. So when I fell behind on my 2 24k rings and called to to talk to one of the guys there I was very happy that they said my beautiful rings were still there and they would give me a chance to come in the following week (today) to reinstate them I had every reason to trust that. I called today to let them know I was coming and was told that on Monday they sent them to be melted down!!!! After they had agreed to wait for me. I'm in tears. These were my wedding bands. Had they just been honest it would be different but instead they lied and now I'm devastated. Don't trust them. Get your things out as soon as possible. Their word means nothing to them and their response to not keeping their word is "yeah, it's gone." they could care less. Again I know it's a pawn shop but don't lie to customers. I'll never go back. After a long standing relationship they've lost my business.

I have done business with the Olathe Alpha Pawn and have had nothing but polite professional customer service. I have had loans and I have also purchased items they have had in their store and I will continue to do business with them in the future.
