Wells Fargo Bank in Olathe, KS

Love everyone here at this branch. Very friendly and always helpful.

Staff was not very helpful and came off condescending at times.

I wish there was an option to give -5 stars! I go to this location to cash my check from work every two weeks and it never fails that I will be harassed for at least 10 minutes per why I do not have a bank account with them. The first few times I just ignored the rude tellers and continued to cash my checks here. Every time I would be interrogated about why I don't have a wells fargo account and asking me questions about who I ban with and why they are no good. First off I was actually considering opening a bank account with wells fargo until the constant harassment started! There was a women manager who would not stop trash talking bank of america (my bank) and telling me why they are a useless bank and so on....the male manager tried a different approach when I told the teller I did not want to set up an account he thought intimidation would work. He stood over the teller and asked me why I didn't want to join and that I should not bank with my other bank. I will absolutely never join wells fargo because if this is how the owners choose their managers I want nothing to do with them! My sisters identity has also been stolen through wells fargo 2 times in one year! Absolutely the rudest banking employees I have ever met!

I have been a customer at this location since 2009. They are friendly but if ur like me and don't have much money or living paycheck to paycheck or have bad credit u should avoid this location. They want u to speak with their advisors and apply for loans but they never approve u for it but say keep trying hey idiot I have been a customer for years my checks are directly deposited into the account so why wouldn't u give me a loan, it's not Like u won't get paid back I bank here!!!!!!!!!!

I like this location. I dont think the banking employees are rude at all. I use the drive thru a lot and Wendy is the best.
