They don't loan you enough. They are friendly, but they have so much inventory it's hard to give you a fair loan for your items.

Worst pawn shop I've ever encountered. Acted like I was wasting their time and as if they were not in the business of loaning money. Not even worth visiting with all of the other quality pawn shops in rockford. Sad really.

The people there dont care about and have the worst customer service. There are much better pawn shops in town that will give you fair trade in. Beware of them and dont trust them
