Honestly these hard working people are very much worth your time! I was in debt with three different companies one big one was Wells Fargo. Which didn't seem to care too much about me their "Customer". So once things went out of control I contacted Family Debt Management , instantly I was happy to say they helped and now about two years in. I'm on my way finally to a debt free life except for only having an auto loan. In the last few months I've doubled up my payments and even started a second job. I'm determined by December of 2016 to be paid off and finished with Credit Counseling! I was happy when I discovered this company. The terms are easy and very understandable, you can call anytime and someone is very wiling to help you any way possible. I've called at least a couple of dozen times and honestly they're the best at Customer Service!!! If I was ever in debt again I'm coming back to them! However I don't ever plan on being stupid again! My credit has been gradually improving by the month and the debts are decreasing by the month! Please people if you are over your head with debt , give them a chance. I did and was totally excitied I did!!!!

Great service! But I have had ( and continue to have ) an enormous amount of trouble trying to get in touch with someone. Been trying to cancel a payment set to pull out today( since yesterday ) and change it to Friday, but have had no luck. Site says they open at 8:30 but it's almost 10 and I can't get through toanyone. Automated message says their closed. Now my bank account is overdrafted brcause they can't answer calls duiring their own business hours. VERY unhappy at the moment.

Make sure you speak with more than one rep. to understand exactly how they operate. Confusion between reps and what been told

Family Credit..thank you! i been with family credit for a few years already and have cleared up about 5 of my credit card debts. i totally recommend them for any outstanding debt you are willing to pay off because family credit works with you. There customer service reps are the best! always friendly and willing to work anything out if you cant make your monthly payments. They do not push you to make your monthly payments if you cant make it they make sure you understand that your creditors will not get paid but they explain this in such a nice way. :-) thank you again family credit!
