We contacted this bank for information on a home mortgage loan. After we told them our income we never heard from them again even after e-mailing and leaving a voice message. We didn’t try any further than that and took our business elsewhere. We now have pre-approval from another bank who did not turn their noses up at us. The man we were in contact with was Kyle. Suggestion: If you people don’t want to do business with low income families, then you should post a disclaimer or notice on your website, “We will not give the time of day to hardworking people who, even though they have a low income, manage their money well and scrimped and saved for three years after college to put a respectable down payment on a house that they know they can afford. Please go to another bank that will review your information more thoroughly and give you a fair judgment based on your credit worthiness.” You know, we make less than most people but we live within our means and so we never put ourselves in a financially tight spot. And we have been planning for this for three years both mentally and financially. We have enough money saved up to pay for a 20% down payment and a year’s worth of mortgage payments. Needless to say, I was very shocked at the treatment we received and disgusted with myself for choosing to contact this bank. To everyone else who is looking to buy a home- good luck.

Have never had an issue regarding money here. Every service I have used has been excellent.

The tellers are friendly, the hours and locations are convenient. I like that it is family owned and home town based. The train set up in the lobby at Christmas is phenomenal!

Worst service, worst bank. Better off going to any other major bank
