U.S. Bank Branch in Bolingbrook, IL

"DO NOT BANK AT THIS BRANCH" Worst Worst experience of my professional life dealing with a bank teller. Her name is Sabrina F. She is an African-American woman about 45 years old she was very Rude & unprofessional! First thing she asked me when I tried to cash a check from one of my customers. Do you have an account? I stated no and she frowned at me and said there's a five dollar charge to cash this check. I said okay then she proceeded to tell me she needs my fingerprints and pulled out black ink pad in which I applied and put my thumb print on the check she told me the thumbprint was not good enough to do another one so I had two large thumbprints on the check. At this point I asked her if I can have a wipe to wipe off the ink form my finger and my thumb and she stated you don't need one this is invisible ink real rude like ,u don't need that! I said please this inc is on my finger & my thumb she then said I'm not cashing this check and was extremely rude to me. THIS WOMAN SHOULD BE FIRED she dose not know how to treat people! I then asked for a Manager and he said based on Her we are not cashing this check. the Managers name is Allan Noworul He was of no help. Again do not bank at this location!
