Moneytree in Boise, ID

After i had gone to almost every check cashing place and a couple of banks in the Boise area i finally found MONEY TREE they were AWSOME they cashed my cashiers check THANK YOU SO MUCH. Brandon Barlow

I love this location because they take customer service to a whole new level. Customer service is what keeps people coming back. I have been a customer for quite a while now and have been to many diffrent locations. This location is by far the best and only one in which I choose to deal with. When I walk in to this particular Money Tree I feel like a person and not so much a number as it is with many places. They always greet me with a smile and they call me by my first name. It dosn't matter how one feels when going in but I can gaurentee you will always come out with a smile. I know a lot of the associates on a first name basis and it is almost like going to visit some friends. I have worked a lot of customer service and I can't tell you how important it is to know who you deal with on a first name basis. There are a lot of people that come into the store I am sure but for them to know who I am when I walk in says it all. They are always understanding if I come across a situation that was beyond my control. I am a receptionist at a local TV station and I really try and make people that I greet on an everyday basis feel the same way I feel when I leave this store. Everybody is an individual and should be treated as such and not just a number. A special Thanks to Jon and Jose in which I deal with a lot but thanks to all the associates and If I don't know your name I will soon.

That was honestly the best service ive had in a long time. It was quick and easy. The man that helped us was wonderful! I will be back
