Awesome bank all the way around! Every branch I have been to they have been great, informative and fast. Greatly greatly would reccomend!

I used to work in a bank, have acct.s at numerous banks in the valley and have never been happier or received as many no cost benefits or as much human care. This is a great place to bank!!!!

I would not recommend this bank to anyone I know. 1- all of the atm's never work they are always down within the entire Boise area. 2- If you are a business owner don't plan on using the drive through teller as they require you to come into the branch with no merchant teller, and wait in line wasting your valuable time. 3- If you are doing loan products with them be sure to check your paperwork as a co-worker saved for 2 years to buy a house and was pre approved to buy a home 3 days before the closing date ICCU told my co-worker that she had to bring more money to closing and she almost didn't get her house after she had already given notice for her lease, turns out the program they were funding her under she didn't even qualify for.
