Worst company I've ever dealt with. Every person I've ever spoke to there is DISRESPECTFUL EXCEPT Ignacia. She is a nice gal... however, collections mgr Beth told me that she teaches her people to hang up on customers when they "seem" to be getting loud. I received a call from them regarding a payment. I told them I made 2 payments online yesterday, they finally found them and said that I was past due due to a forced place insurance on the account. Even though I had full coverage insurance, they wanted me to still pay for this "insurance" because they made the error in purchasing it in the first place without my approval. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to do business with.

Worst place EVER!!!!!! Customer service is trash and there so called manager is so RUDE like I can not believe she hasn't gotten fired for the way she treats the people who give thousands of dollars to them. If you ever get accepted for a loan from them run for the hills they aren't worth the stress.

I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. Being that I'm a manager of a customer service company myself I'm appalled at how they do business. Everyone on their roster should be fired except for one person in collections services. And that one person definitely is not Beth. I don't understand how a company can hire a manager who teaches their employees to disrespect their customers. Customers that pay them thousands upon thousands of dollars. They make you not want to call them. Beth even told me that I was annoying her. I understand that she didn't feel well cuz apparently she was sick but this is not the first time that she was out of the way disrespectful to me. They say that the phone calls are recorded I really wish I could get my hands on the recording to turn them into the Better Business Bureau. This is just sad. Under no circumstances should a single human being on the planet except a loan from this company.

I am absolutely appalled by this company. Beth the manager is rude and brought up my personal life and my job. Got my family involved and over what!? I was one month behind on payment. I tried to speak with her and she hung up on me three times. No company should EVER speak to their customers that way. If I could refinance with another company I would even after giving them thousands and thousands of dollars. Things come up in peoples personal lives and If I was months behind on payment you should still not talk to their customers like that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMOTIONALLY DAMAGING. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take a loan from this company. Will do you more harm than good. If I could give negative stars I would.

The manager is horrible. She told me I had an attitude. Who says that to a client? I was going through things, but did not take it out on them. I did the best I could. We ended up arguing. I hung up on her. Then I called back later to get someone different. She answered, we argued, and she hung up on me! I don't care what a client says or does, you don't behave like that. I will never do business with them again!
