PDQ Service Inc in Woodstock, GA

I've recently seen these trucks riding around Dunwoody. The unprofessional message on the side of their trucks, "If you don't pay, you don't stay," is pretty indicative of what sort of business they're into. Whatever business retains this "firm" to perform any sort of service for them should be looked at with equal scrutiny.

I was advised to call PDQ before disputing something on my credit report and they helpfully told me that providing a copy of my lease showing that I was staying somewhere else at the time wouldn't make it go away, nor would disputing the info on my credit report. Now I'm here to make sure no description-less, four star reviews from themselves will repair their stars on Google.

I noticed on my credit report in 2014 from an apartment I moved out of in 2010. I contacted PDQ and spoke with Derek Shaw. I had never received information in regards to the debt. The apartments are no longer owned by the same company or have the same name. I disputed the debt with Transunion and still received no validation of the debt. I contacted Derek on 11/2/2016 and asked if he would send verification of the debt if I was willing to have automatic payments set up. he stated he would not and that the company only sends letters once the debt is paid. I found this very odd being that all creditors are required to send validation if requested. He then proceeded to hang up on me and refused to answer any calls.

These ppl must hired some hood men from day labor places. They stole a number of things from my home including Xbox controllers, jars of money, liquor, and cologne. We were home when they arrived and my husband was there the entire time outside our garage as they brought things out of the apartment. I left to get a moving truck because we were moving in two days. The ppl they hire will steal from you and go throughout all your things. They were all young black guys who I figured would steal from my place. But this is absolutely ridiculous the things they stole my husbands designer belts are gone everyday we find more things that are gone. I will be contacting these ppl by phone and email but I am sure from everything I have read they will do nothing. Please just have your affairs in order we had informed the apartments we were moving in two days we were waiting on the movers. They stole anything they could put in their damn pockets. Luckily for us we are hard working ppl I couldn't imagine this happening to someone less fortunate smh

This company hides itself behind "Sterling Relty Management" (not even spelled correctly!) They garnished over $3000 from my account without an affidavit or order on a creditor that I WAS ALREADY PAYING! They took money out of my children's accounts who are minors.When I called their customer service reps are rude, not compassionate, and does not care who takes the money. They are inexperience and cannot do proper collections. They claimed to have sent a certified letter on 2/14/2017 and took the garnishment on 2/14/2017. I requested a copy of the letter to be mailed. I plan to either close my account or have the bank to reverse the payment due to unauthorized transactions. This company is a fraudulent "acting" company and cannot be trusted with your bank information on creditors that you are paying.
