Arc Financial in Woodstock, GA

Like the lady under me. Same thing has happened. I got in an accident missed a month. TheY act like its ok but then next thing you know it they're threatening to take your car. Blowing my phone up. Started calling my friend who has nothing to do with my car. They had all there payments but the one i missed. Came to a few months after the one I missed and it was 4 days past due date and they took my car. Mind you the car was already crap and I've done nothing but fix and fix and fix it. Mark is straight up a piece of crap. You'll blow my phone up all day and night but won't call once they took the car. I really think this is a scamming company . They wouldn't even do back payments or take partial payments so I could fix the month I skipped. Don't do it ppl. You WILL regret!

ARC Financial is by far the worst finance company to ever deal with. I paid them on time in full every month until I was in a car accident that literally broke my back and my neck while also giving me whiplash with post concussion syndrome. Needless to say I was missing days at work because of this situation which means not getting my full pay. This info was relayed to ARC (Mark) and after speaking with him letting him know that my payment wouldn't be on time like always he seemed to have an understanding and even said that we might be able to just skip a month payment to get things together. Well that was short lived and next thing I know they're calling me harassing me for a payment, even though I had tried several times to call them and make sure everything was still kosher but all I got was that Mark will call you back when he comes back for lunch which of course never happened until he wanted my money. At this time Mark says "oh we don't do that" meaning give people a skipped month to help them out in emergency situations. Now I'm like wow you calling me after around two weeks from the times I was trying to contact you with this and its due now! Then Mark says he can make it just be a partial payment but first I got to jump through some hoops, fax them some receipts and make the payment immediately with no time really to spare. So I run his gauntlet and make the payment informing them that this is taking away from the full payment that I was saving up for to pay you cause until now I was under the understanding that I would be getting a 1 month off to get things right. ARC in turn replied that the next payment date would be in reflection of the time I just paid the partial payment in which I'm like OK fine. Once again a lie because two days before Christmas and 1 day before I could make the next payment they come to my job and tow my car with my kids Christmas gifts in the trunk. No warning and no remorse at all. When I called ARC I was told Mark had it done and he was gone and I'm not able to even talk to him until Monday. Then the lady proceeded to argue with me while lying about they called me and left messages, which never happened, and I told them I have phone records to prove that your lying so this is really not an argument your business just has dirty shifty ways that you wouldn't want practiced on you. Then I asked so you don't want my money if I just pay it right now and I was told flat out no!! So if you ever hear that ARC Financial is involved with anything as far as you and your business is concerned please just say no. Don't do business with them in any shape or form cause I know I'm not the only one they have done something like this to and I know I won't be the last so protect you and everyone you know from this so-called business Arc Financial......Zero Stars

From what Im going threw this Mark with ARC is just a guy who thinks all black people are stupid and dumb,he called my repair shop discussing details concerning my contract with a mechanic, he also has threatens to repo the vehicle and add a late fee, when my contract clearly states I'm not considered late until the 10 day grass period has passed, payment is due on the 18th of every month,today is the 22nd and this jerk is already being a jack ass! he has call me from 7 different Phn numbers, tried to get State Farm submit repair estimate to him, rush me to get the truck repaired, all because a claim check is in volved,if the truck is damage and no insurance check is in volved he will tell you I'm sorry to hear that but we gotta get those payments in first, Mark you are a racist, money hungry, pile of horse S@#T!,if anyone sales your Acount to this ass hole refinance with another lean ASAP like I'm gonna do.

Three out of thousands of good customers... Impossible to make everyone happy. Make payments per the contract is our standard... If not Yes we will not allow customers to keep vehicles. Lot more to these slanderous stories than I can mention ...

Nicole Finney i just so happen to read your response. First sorry that happened. I cant say that i have a bad experience with arc. I must admit that due to my car needing major repairs they did work with me, i called they called and i believe that this was miscommunication some where. I don't normally look at reviews , but i will tell anyone if you communicate and let any creditor know what is going they will work with you. I cant say anything bad about this company actually, i appreciate them.
