This company as a whole sucks! No one will give you an answer, they put you on hold forever and last but not least they will not admit when they make a mistake. Why? because then they can't extort a little more money from you.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! I was called a number of times last year around October to refinance my car well at the time I didn't need to or, want to, so I told them that I would consider in December, keeping in mind that the representative i spoke with told me that if I refinance I would not have to pay a payment for the month of which I refinance, decided in December to proceed with the refinance, and was told I'd received the detailed information in the mail in a few days! Well to my surprise they refinance was denied! So my December payment had not been paid. I quickly made my payment trying to be sure my payment would not pass 30 days, I sent the payment on the 15th my due date is the 17th , not realizing that the 18th was a holiday my payment posted on the 19th making my payment 30 days late! I made 2 payment in February so that I can make things right with them because I'm in the process of buying a home,. After finding out about the 30 days past due on my credit is fax a request to wells Fargo dealer services explaining what happened and asked if they would remove the delinquent payment from my credit report because I'm trying to buy a home and that this is stopping my from doing so,. I thought that bc I had been a loyal customer to them that they would be more understanding and care about their customers but I was wrong! It do not matter to them if you've been loyal your just another person paying their high interest to keep their business going! I will not be dealing with them again ! I will be refinancing or trading my car so that I don't have to deal with them ever! ! Worst company ever!

Don't expect customer service from this group. Rude. Rude. Rude! Then when I ask for e-mail addresses for those "higher up". I got hung up on and a blatant "No" .

I will never use Wells Fargo Dealer Services AGAIN!! nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! I have gone back and forth with the insurance department because of a $1900 charge that was added to my loan. No one has been able to give me an exact answer for the last 5 months. I also had a couple "late payments" that were listed on my credit. I was NOT LATE. When I called customer service they said "oh no your not late. that was a mistake. just fax over a dispute and we will process and see about taking it off." I have had the most WORST experience with them! Even the dealership that I just bought another vehicle from said they will NOT do work with Wells Fargo Dealer Services because of how bad their service is!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
