This title pawn location has got to be the worst ever. I had never taken out a title pawn before so I came to this location last May when I needed a replacement income for one month. First, this location has the highest turnover I have ever seen of any business. They NEVER have a consistent staff able to answer your questions. I am on a fixed income and they didnt set up my payment dates like I explained I needed so they have been charging double interest each month. And when I ask for an updated payment schedule they cannot seem to give accurate information. The district manager never returns my calls - I have to hunt HIM down, and the regional manager certainly doesn't return calls either. Worst business ever. I will never be able to pay this money back.
