I have to agree with some of the reviews posted here..when I called icare financial the customer service rep was unprofessional and reluctant to give me information on my own account. Word of advice, pay your account in full asap and change bank account information because this company only cares about how much money they can squeeze out of you.

Our treatment plans run about $7000. iCare Financial has been a wonderful Financing option for my practice. About $165K in healing treatments have been given to patients with the help of iCare. They have a friendly Customer Service Department that assists us with questions and concerns. We look forward to years years to come with iCare!

The ICare team has been great to work with since 2012. They stand behind their commitments . Thank you for helping so many people.

I just interacted with an individual named Janet, she didn't give me her last name even AFTER I asked her name. She was VERY RUDE. I'm currently getting the run around about who exactly is receiving my money, but I'm just going to pay it all in full and NEVER deal with such an unprofessional company again. I recommend you hire individuals that actually knows how to deal with customers because 'specialist' such as Janet will cause you to lose plenty customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER ROUTE OR IF YOU ARE ACCUSTOMED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
