Horrible communication! If it were possible to give no stars We would! 7 months ago, we took a loan out through Lending Point. Like many of you have stated, things seemed great, friendly communication etc. When we opened our loan we were told that we could have our loan rate lowered after 6 months of on-time payments, a program LP apparently had in place. We went with the loan through LP knowing with on-time, agressive payments that we could lower our rate in 6 months thus having more of our payments going towards principle. After 6 months we were told that the program was being revised and that it would be ready the next month. We called back the following month and are now being told we wont be able to take advantage of this program for another 2-3 months! One thing I cannot stand is being misled by false propaganda!
