Very Rude Service. Everybody saying the same thing. The Lady hang up on me without even letting me talk.

The worst situation and group of people i've ever had to deal with!!

They do not even deserve 1 star! Very rude ghetto and horrible customer services. They need to clean house quickly because the lady who answers the phone is horrible at customer service.

The first guy called asking to talk to my wife and would't tell me who he was or why he was calling and then hung up on me, so I called back and got a girl who was a little bit better. She told me that the lenders raise the rates because of tax season then continued to give these discounts. I am in the car business if there is a rebate on something then it is good all the time according to the mark up of the item which doesn't change so I feel like I'm getting screwed on a doctors visit I'm not even sure I had. Then they had the nerve to ask me for my account and routing number all casually, I'm the kind of guy that counts his money when it comes out the ATM I dang sure am not going to give my banking information to some random individual over the phone.This has to be a joke.
