Awesome bank, always a pleasure to do business.

Good services, loan rates, pleasant environment, friendly staff, etc. One minor drawback is not enough tellers on Saturdays. The wait in line can be long. But overall a very decent bank.

I've been a member over 30yrs. Recently my debit card was cloned and I needed a new one quickly. They said it'll take 5-10 business days. I waited 12. They said give it another day. After 3 weeks... No card. I messaged member service twice through their website. No response (been over a week now). I called and was told it would be $45 and I would need to stay home from work if I wanted to get a card overnighted to me. (I would have to personally sign for it) I declined and said maybe I needed to look for a bank that could provide a card in less than 3 weeks and responded to messages. They said okay. Needless to say, our relationship is over.

I used BOA for 10 yrs. Had good credit and 100% on time payments on my credit card and never had overdrafts on my checking acct. when I finally needed them to be a bank for me on a car loan, they said no problem. Then the underwriter turned me down. Another time when my credit card was about to expire they talked me into upgrading. Again they said no. 2 useless hits on my credit report. I then joined COFA. With no longtime history with them or even direct deposit, I was approved immediately for a car loan. They are extremely helpful, polite and professional anytime I deal with them and will walk you through any questions you have until you understand the answers. I'm getting a home loan through them as well. Will never bank with anyone else. EVER!!
