They have no idea where a payment is and the money has been out of my bank for 60 days already. they have the check on file in hand and say it has not been cashed but my bank says that it has and the money is gone. The bank is looking into it, but the finance company said it is not their policy to investigate mislocated funds. I have to pay it again is all they say, regardless of the fact that the bank records state two payments to them already.
