extremely poor customer service at the drive through. better off to mail the the deposit if you can wait

I must say, I have had some really poor customer service in the past, even today the customer service rep was rude to me, then sighed and laughed, because asked to speak with a loan officer directly, instead of her playing middle man. Then she blindly transferred me so that I had to explain my needs again after already speaking to her for over 30 min...... THEN GOD SENT AN ANGEL.... Crystal Daniel answered, she was courteous , and extremely helpful, Crystal went above & beyond what I had expected having just been laughed at by the CSR... I was preparing myself for the worst, but instead I received the best service ever. I am sure it was way past the time for her to go home, yet she stayed to be sure my needs were met.... Thanks so much Crystal I can't express how much your thoughtfulness helped my family, Amazing Blessing to you, & your family, you are indeed an angel......Thanks so much.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. Unfortunately for me, it is the most convenient location. This location gives GA's Own a bad name.

Not a very customer-focused branch. The bank used to be very good a few years ago but the hours are terrible and the employees look bored and are generally unhelpful. Only bright spot is the call center.

This place is VERY hard to deal with. They have the worse banking website ever constructed. You cant make payments on it with another banks debit card. They do not consider what days they are open when they set out payments. Its easy to get a loan but they only have 2 options for you to pay it off. You either walk into one of their sparsely located brick and motor locations or send it by mail. Its like 1992 in options of service and access.
