Good customer service, I was about to leave delta because their call center is very incompetent with fixing errors in their online banking enrollment.

I use this branch because of their late hours and open later on Saturday! They have always been nice and professional. I've never had any problems with them. If service is slow it is not the bank employee, it would be the person they are helping may have several transactions or a problem that requires more time than the normal deposit!

My girlfriend and i came in because of fraud on our account.We were helped by a nice young woman named olivia.Customer service was good but after filling out the fraud report we were informed that she never submitted it for investigation. We were told thats we would be called soon and never received a call after 3 days.We call delta and spoke to a woman about this and she told us that there was no fraud case on our account.She informed us that the person messed up entering in the amount of the fraud charges ($21 instead of $403)and failed to leave a call back number for us.she never called corporate or talked to the boss onsite like she claimed.She continued to sit their and lie to us with a smile on her face. She could have easily told us she wasnt knowledgeable enough to handle our request but no. We even told her that we would leave a good review for her on google when we left.this is as good as gets ..don't go to Olivia.

Last night I went to the ATM to make a cash deposit and the ATM shut down in the middle of the transaction. It kept my money and the light turned red and it didn't do anything else. So I called customer service who had no solution and then I went to the bank as soon as they opened and was told it may take up to 5 days to have a tech come out and fix the ATM. The customer service at the call center is horrible and they were not at all helpful in trying to resolve this catastrophe. I feel like I've been robbed by my own bank. A bank should be a safe place for money but not at Delta Community Bank. Beware of the ATM and good luck getting any quality customer service from these people. They have left me with no money for the week and I have no way to put gas in my car or buy food because I was depositing the only money I had. Run far away!!!
