Good Friends Mortgage is absolutely excellent. First let me say that this is the second time I've used this group. The first time I used them they moved my file through the home buying process very quick. While doing so, they were VERY helpful in explaining to me what I needed, how the process worked, and what needed to be done in order for me to obtain a house. At the time, this was my first time owning a home. My file was very complicated as I had a checkered credit history that required much explaining and document verification. Long be hold, they gave me expert information as to what needed to happen and was able to help my family close on our first home. The second time around I was originally going to use the preferred lender by the builder of my new home. Not getting the customer service I was used to, I opted to forego using the preferred lender and use Good Friend. I had a little over 30 days to complete the loan process becasue my closing date was already set. Being that I had an idea of what was needed for my credit history I knew what was required but the timeline was tight. They worked on my file everyday and gave me the expert service and customer service I wanted and needed. They applied pressure when needed and helped me close on my house in a major way. I will only recommend this group to anyone that asks me for advice. No one else will get a recommendation from me outside of this group. Great group with a ton of knowledge in the industry!!!

2 weeks ago I attended an awesome seminar that Good Friend Mortgage held to learn about FHA 203 K mortgage. I spoke to Richard briefly and exchanged business card. He told the Realtors that he would email some pertinent info to us agents and he did the next day. I recently reached out to Richard about a buyer client and Richard took the time to answer all of my prequalifying questions. He didn't rush the phone call and and explained to me how he works to guide the buyers through the loan process. I am so excited to work with Richard and close our 1st deal!
