I waited for 40 mins to wait for my turn after singing up in the lobby for a service request. And after that it took 30 mins waiting inside the room for them to determine - that there is no one available to authorize my request. Waiting in a room for 30 mins - while they trying to figure out in the manager room - without notifying me was no fun.

Every time I call to get someone to ask questions about a loan that I am interest in, there is no one that ever answers. The phone keeps ringing and ringing and then disconnect on you. This is absolutely ridiculous because you would think as a bank, there would be someone to answer the phone at least during working/banking hours. Why work if you can't even do a simply task as answering the phone. I just opened this account with this bank and will definitely close it.

I have been a customer of Georgia Telco Credit Union and its successor, Georgia's Own Credit Union for about 50 years. I have always found the service to be quite satisfactory. The staff, from tellers yo managers have been polite and helpful. I have never had any problems with my accounts.

I've been a member of Georgia's Own for 11 years. Whether I visit the Alpharetta, Cobb Pkwy, or Midtown mall location, or call in on the phone, service is always quick and courteous. I had 2 instances of an issue with a transaction, one of which was admittedly my fault. They took care of my issues BOTH times! Two issues in 11 years? I would say that is stellar!
