I have asked multiple times for this company to stop calling with no luck. As such, I have now filed a complaint with the FCC for a violation of the Do Not Call List.

MIC has a good product somewhat... for those who are stupid like I was. I am stuck in a hybrid ARM right now. They sell this product to those in the military as a VA streamline refinance professing to save you the consumer more money each month. We were going to get a fixed loan with them, after the schedule was set they came in with another product cancelling our first one saying that there was a program that was better for us and that was the hybrid ARM instead of the traditional fixed rate for 30 years. They rescheduled another appointment showing us how this ARM was better and how it could save us money and we signed up. I moved to a different state. I have been thinking of refinancing this house again to bring down the monthly payment. They call me (they read minds) and I explained my situation to them to which they schedule another appointment to sit down and refinance my house to a fixed-rate. Well I get a phone call the day prior from the company telling me that they dont have a person where I live licenced in both states. YOU DONT NEED TO DO THAT JUST HAVE A LAWYER AND THEY CAN DO THE REFINANCE FOR YOU! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. Dont fall for the junk that I have, refinancing doesnt save you money, it puts another 5,000 - 10,0000 or more on to your house. They make you look at the long term saying 5,000 isnt that much because you will be saving $85,000 in the long run. WRONG, expecially if you are planning on selling the place in 5-10 years. It will hurt you and you WILL lose money on the refinance.

This company will defraud you and you will struggle to keep your home because the main goal of this company is to cheat and defraud veterans. Don't make the same mistake I did. Run!!!!

Best customer service I've ever seen in the mortgage business. No other VA company that I've worked with was willing to come to my house or even thank me for my service, let alone offer anything beneficial. This company far exceeded my expectations and is the only mortgage company I'll ever do business with.

I worked for MIC back in the late early 2000's. Was a great job. The people working by my side were very much into helping people refi. The owner also seemed interested in helping people (which I heard rumor was debatable.) I can say while working there, he never instructed employees in my department to be unethical, twist the truth or flat out lie. In fact, he encouraged us not to discuss mortgage info outside of our level of knowledge. Was a great place to work!
