Nice options for low cost business accounts. Other than that: 1. Took over an hour in person to set up an account. 2. My wife's father ended up on the account even after we made it clear that he shouldn't be. 3. They sent the cards to the wrong address. 4. 4 cards were issued when only two were requested, one to dad, not on the account, one to a misspelling of my name. 5. We cannot access the account features over the phone because neither of our social are actually correctly recorded with the account but they didn't send a pin to activate the card with the correct spelling of my name anyway. 6. We have been trying to contact a person for the last 30 minutes, but no luck, so here I am. Sometimes things go wrong and I understand that. This is crazy, though. Possibly the worst service I've ever received anywhere.
