My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and his team twice in the last 2 years. He truly cares about making sure you are completely informed about the entire mortgage process and keeps you up to date as to how the process is progressing. When we made an offer on our house there was a lot of competition. There were actually 4 similar offers all on the day the house was listed. After we learned ours was accepted, the listing agent told us that our lender(Jeff Crain, Guaranteed Rate), was the only one who answered the phone on Saturday morning. She tried calling each of the lenders of the other offers and did not get through to anyone. Jeff let her know we were approved and could close quickly and that sealed the deal!!
