My wife and I were in the market to get back into a Wrangler. Mark Helfer at Phillips had already helped us with two other purchases and provided top-notch service, so the decision to call him was a no-brainer. Mark did his usual magic and found us exactly what we were looking for, and worked on making us a deal on a Rubicon that we are ecstatic about. Dale Coleman (management) remembered us from 2013 when we bought our first vehicle at the dealership and made us feel right at home. Kevin Roberts got the contract done quickly so we could get on the road in our new Jeep. This was the shortest amount of time we've ever spend at a dealer purchasing a vehicle, which is a huge plus in our books. Thank you Mark, Dale and Kevin! The kids (and parents) love riding with the top down!

When my vehicle died, Otto went ABOVE & BEYOND what was necessary to make sure I got into a vehicle that I really wanted, not just something I could afford. Unable to get financed anywhere else, him and the finance manager made sure to work the numbers to make it possible. Needed the van the same day, and with my husband stuck at work all day (before the dealership opened, and after they closed), Otto went out of his way to take the paperwork and vehicle to my husbands job, so he could sign his share, then took me and my kids home to "deliver" the van and picked up my trade-in to drive back, so I had a dependable vehicle RIGHT NOW!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant atmosphere, with friendly employees, that aren't "pushy" and just "trying to get the sale"!

Thorough and honest! Truly awesome! As a woman I'm used to bring ripped off at other shops, but the shop manager Scott didn't have me do any more than I needed. I was ready to spend another $200 and I would not have known the difference, but he advised against it. Awesome! I will bring my beloved jeep ("Sunshine" is her name) there every time I need anything!

The worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. The salesman kept asking when my husband could come by after I made it abundantly clear that this was to be my vehicle and his input was not needed. I make more than enough to afford the payment and have a very good credit score. He couldn't take the hint and didn't take me seriously at all. This isn't the 1950s and I felt treated less than human. I've never been treated this way in my entire life. I didn't even know how to react to this treatment. I didn't think that this mindset still existed in 2017, let alone one that works in customer service and car sales. AVOID MARCUS MISTER AND PHILLIPS AT ALL COSTS if you don't want to be treated like a 1950s housewife.

Absolutely fantastic! Employees are always so friendly. Receptionist in service could use some cheering up, however i still give 5 stars for everyone else is amazing. Always smiling faces and eager to help you. Along as you make an appointment, you'll be in an out within a half hour. I drive 45 minutes just to stay with this dealership. Keep up the great work.
