Wells Fargo Bank in Ocala, FL

Drive thru atm is normally not working correctly when i go. Aggravating to wait to find out that it's not accepting deposits at that time.

Never been subject to so many fees in my life by a bank, they have so many restrictions on YOUR money, its gotta be ilegal. Pulling every penny out today.

This place is literally a joke, I walked in there with my Mother who has banked with them for 10 plus years to see about getting a fax sent to their fax machine (which another Wells Fargo had already agreed to do, so apparently It's not something THAT CAN'T BE DONE) but we figured since this Wells Fargo was closer that we would go inside and see about getting it faxed to this location instead. But that apparently wasn't gonna happen because the lady at the front counter begins to babble and give my Mother a hard time which I couldn't bare to allow happen so I told my mother "Let's go to the other Wells Fargo because apparently they can't help us". But the lady goes on to say "uh, uh, uh...well...I don't know, I'm not sure we can do that...don't you have a email it can be sent to...we can't take personal faxes" my Mother goes on to tell her that another Wells Fargo agreed to do it so, so why couldn't they. The lady goes on to say "uh yeah, I'm not sure uh because uh we're not supposed to do that" Oh so you can't take a personal fax but I guarantee you wouldn't have an issue taking her personal money !!!! I've never dealt with a bank that can be less helpful than Wells Fargo and that's exactly why I do not bank with them anymore, I have switched to Florida Credit Union and have been with them for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier and my Mother will be doing the same.
