12/18/2015 closed door one minute latem now dont have money to buy Christmas presents. I have to wait til monday when this is the only timr i can shop causr i own my own business and bank with them for 18 years and that dont. Matter. They say iwned by the people they down care about the people.

Some of the people who work here seem to forget that privacy matters. When having discussions with people about their personal matters in a room, close the door and do not speak loudly. This hasn't happen to me, but I have witnessed this occurring in several cases. It's made me very uncomfortable because I wouldn't ever want to be in a similar situation.

not really that great never enough staff ..most times have a wait of about an hour ..always THEIR system is down or screwed up ..but I can't get on line so I travel to the credit union only to wait and find out it's THEIR problem bank machine down a lot also ..just VERY poor service usually don't have enough seating in lobby for all the customers

Very hard to do business with. They do not answer the phone in a timely manner (in excess of 10 min). Bank also will not accept larger checks but required them to be converted to cashiers checks even though they had taken them for over 2 years without incident. Not happy

I have always found the helpful with all my business needs. For the past 10 years I have been using Florida Credit Union and the staff and support is top notch.
