This bank has no functioning AC. Horrible customer service where the Manager would prefer to service people he knows as opposed to people who show up to see the Banker. Waited 45 minutes. Finally got seen and the Manager apparently could handle my issue but decided to attend other things.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved from a bank, went in banker said ill be right with you no sign in sheet, while he cleaned his desk and took his garbage out then came and said someone will be right with you, 50 min later i went up to teller he said he was the manager, and he said shell be right with in another 15-20 min. These people obviously dont care about customers. Went to another branch and was helped in 5 min.
