TD Bank in Largo, FL

Great place, very good customer service. Catherine was very helpful with getting my account straightened out. Also a very good bank in general, never have any problems with them. Also theyre a plus because if you had bad banking in the past theyll stil always give you an account because they dont do a chexsystem check. Which is a very big plus for people who cant get a bank account because of chexsystem history.

Worst customer service. Tried to do a cash advance off my credit card for two days in a row. First teller was rude and clueless. Just said call customer service. Didn't know my limits or anything. Second day, Teller had deer in headlights look when I asked and didn't know how to process it. I am a new customer, first time trying to use my card and this is a horrible experience. Thought of opening a checking account but not anymore. Thinking of closing my credit card with them also.

My wife and I opened an account at this branch as a convenience as we are snow birds and all ready are dealing with TD in Toronto ( myself for 63 years ) . It has saved us wire fee for sending $$ from Canada and we have only had cordial professional support with our banking. They have been very generous with their enticements in Largo something they don't do here in Toronto.
