This place is horrible unhappy workers who treat customers poorly.. we were told by a manger that he would sells us a ps4 with a game and controller out the door yesterday for 280 .. today went back the unhappy female who never smiled once was completely rude and wouldn't do anything.. They tried to give me a controller that was covered in green paint then used a chemical to clean it off .. so we took our business across to street ... not to much we have spent 300 dollars there at christmas and got a laptop that didn't work and had to return for another one that gave us without a charger.. i will never spend money there again .. Warning they don't care about their customers and hate their jobs!!!

Bought a leappad tablet for my son took it home charged it and the battery lasted 15min full charge. So I returned it and wanted to look at the platinum edition one marked 79.99 when best buy sells it new for 89.99 the lady wouldn't come off the price for nothing. And they put the returned one back on the shelf. So buyers beware

I see bad reviews on here and mostly it is regarding used merchandise. Things happen at all businesses, especially when you are buying used items. I have been dealing with this location for many years and have never been treated in any way other than professional. They always treat me and my family with the highest respect and courtesy. If you have a need this is where I would send you. Whether you are looking for a good deal or to possibly sell them a good item. Maybe you need a little cash to get through, well, this is where I would send you. So many people put out bad reviews, I just thought it was time for some truth based positivity. Thanks Cash America for being there for your community.

I'm from Atlanta, every time I come to Lakeland there is always something in your store I buy. The prices are great and the employees explain things well. GREAT STORE ALL the EMPLOYEES appear to care about the customer. THANKS
