They make you enter thru a metal detector.

The drive through ATM is the only thing that works here. Anything you try to do with the teller besides deposit money is met with, 'we don't do that here.' change currency;no. Transfer money;no. Funny since the other locations will do it for me. And the website says those services are provided.

The worst 5th 3rd bank in America, do not bank here! After speaking with a banker about using their notary services over phone, I was told that I could use their services as I was going to open an account later this week . I get there, and I am turned away with a we don't do that here. Even after I called.I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Zero stars!

Rude staff. Exorbitant price ($100) to open business account. Won't cash a check made out to a business even though the check was drawn on their bank. Be prepared to feel like a prisoner when walking in (metal detector, two locked doors they have to buzz you in and out). Oh, and anti-gun. I would never bank here!
