Been waiting 4 dang week for my replacement card [that I had to pay for] . They said 1 week. So happy this location messed up 3 times now. Looks like I'm going to another bank. Thanks for the terrible 4 years.

My customer associate Eric Rocha was very helpful today. There was an issue with my account that took some time to fix and Eric worked diligently to see that our needs were meant. Not to mention I am out of town on vacation and this is not my usual branch. This just goes to show that Region's offers great service no matter where you are.
