BB&T in Kissimmee, FL

I will give 2 stars just because of the lady at the entrance in the desk was nice. I stopped here for deposit I was just by myself front the clerk (Natasha) and she was playing on her phone, I waited for 1mn then I knocked at the window and she just realise that there's a customer not even that she was rude no smiling when she finished she slide the slip and say goodbye with bad manner like she was forced to do it, I've been in many banks and branches never had a service like this :(((((((

I have had multiple issues with Teller Natasha in the past for taking her time "very slow" to take care of my transaction. I only addressed this issue with management after another customer noticed her behavior and stopped me outside and stated that he saw her rudeness. After sending an email to the manager at the branch, he stated he had taken care of the problem. One more try months down the road and still the same attitude and treatment. I was actually driving miles down the road and heavy traffic on our HWY# 192 just to avoid that branch and upsetting myself for the next few days. Today October 13, 2016 just before noon, I went into the breach to transfer money. I stood awhile waiting and guess who was at the window? Natasha, she not only took her time as usual talking to a camera tech that was installing cameras, but also speaking to a coworker who just returned to the branch. After taking my ID and Debit Card, she spoke with the teller and then laid my info on the table and left the teller room into another room. After a bit she returned, reasked the same questions she asked earlier, stared at the monitor for awhile, then finished the transaction. After I turned to leave she stated with a frown sorry it took so long. She remembered me because she had ask me about doing the same transaction as in the past. I feel she repeated the same behavior to me because I had politely tried to point out that she was not being very nice. What a waste of Heart and Time. Danny

I will give absolutely one star to this bank for location. When they first opened in poinciana THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND LOYAL. One day I made a deposit I saw that the staff had been removed and a new staff was there. The first day I spoke to the new the teller she was rude and very matter of fact for absolutely no reason, I knew then there was gonna be a problem. This BBT branch is not the place to do business with, avoid putting your money there. Not only are they unfriendly but they will find a convent way to take overdraft charges from your account even after you make a CASH DEPOSIT. They come strange and unprofessional and non caring when it comes to your money So be AWARE OF THERE UNSAVORY BUSINESS POLICIES!!!!! Go Elsewhere!!!!!

branch manager was no help.. staff was no help i have never in my life experience the worst customer service.. they really need to just hire all new staff

I have been Banking with BB&T for just over a year now, and the 2941 N. Poinciana blvd. is the branch closest to my 4 stores, and I could say that over the past 8 months I have seen Managers switch hands, and most recently they had gotten rid of a teller there that was one of the most unfriendly person I had came across in all the banks I have dealt with, but she gone as of recently and its a friendlier atmosphere there now. Now if they could only part ways or transfer the newest Manager to that branch, whom is barley ever there and when she is there she sits in her office and has the most unfriendly look on her face nor does greet or acknowledge people when she sees them and knows them. about 8 months ago plus give a take they had a New banker come into that Branch Mr. Carlos Sosa, now this gentleman is a prime example of someone who should definitely be taking on the role of bank manager there, he had stepped up tp the plate and handled the whole front house of the bank when mister Drew the former Manager stepped away form his position there, myself and all of my management & staff was so please to think that Mr. Sosa was the new branch manager, he is the type of person who goes above and beyond for EVERY client that walks though that door, no matter weather he has a client at his desk he is always the minute the door opens greeting you as you walk in the door and most of us by name, and if he's not busy with a client he will be quick to open the door and welcome you into the branch with a warm smile. I can speak from my own experience with him, back several months ago one of my business accounts had been hit by a fraud and he was there every step of the way to help me with the paperwork that need to be filled out and even went the extra of the way to fax everything over to my current merchant for me, not once but like 3 time because the merchant had claimed they didn't receive the fax. several of my employees and management have opened accounts at this branch because of the friendly way they are treated by mister Sosa as they walk in the branch. I would rate them a 5star based on Mr. Sosa being there and could rate it a 10star and would refer my people to that branch if he was the manager there.
