Este Banco ,que es mi Banco hace unos cuantos años. Y siempre tubo excelentes servicios..mas hoy en día. Es absolutamente terrible. El servicio al lado cliente por telefono..son desagradables.no te tratan con el debido respeto .y lo que es peor, te cuelgan dejándote con la palabra en la boca..No hay manera de poder manejar nuestro dinero..Ojala LOS DIRECTIVOS tomen cartas en este trato a los clientes..no vamos a pedir limosna .SINO A SABER DE NUESTRAS FINANZAS. .

I went in to discuss a loan and properly explain my financial situation. One of the "bankers," apparently not front desk told me I wouldn't be qualified since I'm unemployed, which I understand. However, I'm angry of the lack of manners in this place. Sensitive matters as such should ALWAYS be discussed behind closed doors, she rudely rejected me at the front desk while people were around and I had to press her to speak to a banker which she claimed she was. A bank, especially a non-profit bank should properly listen to their customers without writing them off so quick. As a banker you represent the company, and you listen to your customers, throughly, and then either try to work with them in their situation or reject them. I'm not angry I got rejected, however, I do deserve the decency of discussing such matters in PRIVATE, if I wanted everyone to know my damn business I would say it loudly like she did. This was my first visit here, and although I'm unemployed at the moment, when I do have the funds to put them in a non-profit bank, I'm questioning investing my precious time in this one since their employees lack manners. I won't be returning to this location ever again.
