Wells Fargo Bank in Hollywood, FL

Tellers are extremely wonderful in customer service but the wait is an F-. I am currently sitting here for 1.5 hour and still have not been seen because it takes 3 people to help 1 customer. Then they expect you to go to another location so they dont have to do thier job. This is the worst experience of customer service in a bank period.

Although the personnel at this location is very friendly and customer oriented, the bank itself is terrible. The parking is horrendous, and I have had multiple occasions where the ATM's do not work, taking my deposits and not processing the transaction. I have had to file multiple reports with Wells Fargo about checks and bills being taken by your faulty ATMs and not being processed, specifically at this location. Wells Fargo please fix your ATMs at this location, or I will consider leaving you for the nearby PNC, Chase or BofA.

We were helped by Ms Fernandez who's very helpful and real pretty too. Nice area but we end up not not finishing the transactions for financial reasons. But this is a great branch.

I wouldn't give it one star, but I had no other option. I went in to cash my husbands check for him, he signs it over to me. While we do not have an account at wells fargo the cashiers check from his employer is drawn on that bank Iam in there at least once a month, ( that location) when I am not able to get to my bank to deposit into my bank account and have nothing but great service and no problem cashing the check, The teller today was extremely rude, and unprofessional, I gave her my Id and was getting the check when she said what do you need today 3 times while I was signing the check, when I handed it to her, she asked with a very rude tone. do you have a joint account, I stated no we do not have an account here, just cashing the check for my husband. She said in a very rude tone we do not do that here, I stated I cash his check once a month here, she said in another rude tone, not at this location. I again stated yes this location at least once a month, she again stated NOT AT THIS LOCATION. So basically she called me a liar.. I didn't get her name but today she is sitting to the right last teller window with a white shirt on. If this is the customer service Wells fargo provides then I would not ever bank with with them.. I am still appalled she called me a liar!!!!!

Rude service and lack of competence, as it takes too long to get simple tasks done.
