Absolute worse place ever!!! Very unprofessional. Managers are very disrespectful & have no accountability for they're stores own screw ups. Very disrespectful & inconsiderate (Especially Liz) she'll waste your time then try & blow you off pretending she knows nothing of your situation. Very rude & nasty person that I personally wouldn't let manage an ice cream truck, let alone a corporate business... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Go to Erika's store. She's the best. Not even her store & She was willing to help & personally go out of her way to make things right. Now That's manager material, not the rude liar with an attitude problem that didn't care enough to fix the stores screw ups...

Good, not great.

I wanted a beuatyful ring for my wife and they had one they gave me a great deal. Then they told me about the VIP member ship , I went with it and when we go thru there looking they will clean it up and make it shine like day one... the ring is fully covered for life. My wife was very happy and people constantly say how beautiful it is cause the diamonds shine so hard. I constantly go back there to spend my money and will continue doing so... from electronics, jewelry, atv's tools,purses u name it they have had it for me with a great deal and if I didn't have the cash in full I could always put it on layaway... the new system is entirely the best I would like the older way to come back ,BUT they still do me justice thanks gurls and guys... khrys

As a customer for 15 + years I went to the store with my wife to pawn something. I was speaking to Robert as a sales person and then the store manager named David Watson jumped into the conversation speaking another language!!!!! I got very upset and I had to go to US Pawn Shop on Stirling and I received the service that I needed!!!!!! -Maurice Moise

Same experience here so I will copy my other review I would not recommend using Value pawn. I've brought several mid to high end watches to them for a loan and every time no one there has the experience nor is qualified and educated enough to do any business. The asking price was well within reasonable but the staff simply always lacks the knowledge and skills to properly evaluate higher end items. They simply say "I don't know enough about this to be comfortable to do anything for you." Don't go here if you have any real items of value as you will be simply be wasting your time.
